Wednesday, September 9: Things to do in Carson City
Hump Day seems like the perfect time to remind you that the Camel Races are coming! Friday through Sunday, the Virginia City Arena and Fairgrounds will be home to Ostrich and Camel racers. For more information and ticket links, go here. Another local tradition, the Reno Balloon races, lift off this Friday morning from San Rafael Park. The best shows are before 7 a.m., so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy both events.
