A 22-year-old Dayton man was arrested early Saturday morning for suspicion of third DUI drugs, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.

Steeven Montoya was arrested at 3:19 a.m. in the area of southbound I-580 at William Street. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to maintain a lane.

According to the booking report, CCSO deputies were dispatched to the area for a report of a crash. The vehicle bounced off the wall, turning sideways and coming to a stop in the median.

A CCSO deputy arrived on scene and made contact with the driver who identified himself as Montoya. The deputy observed a seatbelt mark on his shirt over his left shoulder going across his body.
