Keep flashing warning lights on our highways! (Letter)

I am writing today to vehemently oppose the removal of flashing lights on the highway that inform drivers a light is about to change.
The general consensus of our community with whom I've spoken to seem to agree that this would be a disaster.

There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Chants of “stop the steal,” and “recall Sisolak,” accompanied readings of the constitution and singing of the National Anthem, at one point accompanied by a saxophone.

Carson City's Ash Canyon Road trailhead gate closed for winter

The Ash Canyon Road gate will be closed to all motorized vehicle traffic for the winter season and is expected to re-open in the spring after winter precipitation has passed.

UPDATE 11AM: The patient was flown by Care Flight to the trauma ward at Renown Medical Center. Their condition is unknown at this time. Carson City Sheriff's Office and NHP are investigating the crash. Motorists can expect delays.

With two vehicle crashes earlier and the Boo-Nanza Halloween celebration at Centennial Park that ended at 7 p.m., traffic along Highway 50 East has been significantly impacted with delays.
