According to the report, Stephen Henderson, Daryne James Deck and Terrance Dale Shields were arrested after deputies were dispatched to the Carson River Park to meet with the theft victim.

The vehicle is a tan or beige 2010-2012 Mercedes SUV, with dark tinted windows. The vehicle was without a front license plate and its back plate is possibly California. The vehicle circled the daycare parking lot multiple times, where the suspect then is believed to have parked across the street before entering the victim's vehicle.

A pursuit led to a foot chase in the area of Airport and Carmine and a suspect was taken into custody. The stolen vehicle, reported as a white pickup, which had a distinctive lumber rack and tool box, was recovered. A suspect, who was hiding in a trash can, is in custody.

UPDATE 2:12PM: A suspect in theft crimes in Carson City apparently struck at a Home Depot in Reno, according to the Carson City Sheriff's Office.
