Carson City sheriff’s arrest log: Man jailed for disorderly conduct
A 38-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 11:32 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said. According to the arrest report, a deputy responded to a motel regarding a man causing a disturbance in the parking lot of the business.
The deputy arrived and observed the man holding a bottle of beer in his hand and had a large amount of blood on his face. The officer asked the man if he wanted medical attention for his face. The man replied no. The officer asked the man if he had been drinking alcohol and he replied yes, “I’ve had a lot of these” and held up the beer bottle. The officer advised that he was detaining the man in order to conduct an investigation. A preliminary breath test showed the man with a .333, the arrest report states.
The officer spoke with a reporting witness who advised the man, unknown to them, had knocked on the their door at 11 p.m. The witness advised the man had challenged them to a fight, and then observed the man urinate in the parking lot. The officer obtained a written statement from the witness. Bail: $287.

— A 38-year-old Carson City man was booked Monday into Carson City jail at 4:49 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant alleging petit larceny, issued March 25, 2015 out of Sparks Municipal Court. Bail: $403.
— A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Monday, 1:28 p.m. in the area of Fairview and Saliman on a misdemeanor warrant, violation of a suspended sentence, issued Sept. 22, 2008 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
— A 38-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 8:34 a.m. in 2200 block of Highway 50 East on a misdemeanor warrant, failure to appear in traffic court, issued April 14, 2015 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $955.
