Carson City arrests: Gardnerville man faces meth trafficking, intent to sell charges

Arrested at 6:59 p.m. was Devon Woolard in the area of Roop and Little streets. According to the booking report, a deputy assigned to the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Special Enforcement Team was southbound on Roop Street in an unmarked vehicle.
