Brewery Arts Center's Flatbed Concert Series to hit Long Ranch Park neighborhood Saturday featuring Kingwhistler and Eric Andersen

Kingwhistler and Eric Andersen will hit the Flatbed Concerts Series this Saturday night, Aug 8 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. near the Long Ranch Park neighborhood!
Kingwhistler frontman and songwriter, Nick Aliberti, draws inspiration from his travels, having lived all over the country from Maine to Arizona, New York City to Los Angeles, and all the way to Carson City, NV where he currently resides. Kingwhistler has played to rave reviews at some of the most iconic music venues in Hollywood including The Viper Room, Hotel Cafe, and The House of Blues. After less than a year playing in Nevada, Kingwhistler has already kicked off the Levitt Amp Summer Series at the Brewery Arts Center opening for “Antsy McClain,” opened for “The Black Lillies” at Piper’s Opera House, been featured on 100.1 The X and KNVC, and played numerous solo shows and private events throughout Northern Nevada. Kingwhistler’s debut album "Grass Routes" was released in 2014 and is available on iTunes, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
Eric Henry Andersen’s signature emotive tenor voice and award-winning songwriting has captured the hearts of audiences for over a decade. As co-lead singer/songwriter of pop/rock group, The Novelists, Andersen has toured all over the nation sharing festival bills with and opening for artists such as Train, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Glenn Philips (Toad the Wet Sprocket) and Daryl Stuermer (Genesis/Phil Collins Band).
On June 17, 2020, Andersen released his first solo project since 2012. “Holding Space” is a collection of songs about love, loss and transition. “It’s about owning one’s truth and realizing the beauty of impermanence,” Andersen says. The self-produced 5 song EP is rich with the melodic hooks we’ve grown to expect from Andersen and fans will find it to be his most cohesive and heartbreakingly sincere work yet. “Holding Space” reveals a new level of maturity in both emotional and artistic expression.
We will first start at the east end of Long Ranch Park and and we will stop at the west end of the park and wherever people are safely gathering.
