Valentine's Day at the Plaza Hotel Events Center in Carson City was celebrated a few days early on Saturday with the 20th annual Feast of Chocolate, a fundraising benefit for the American Association of University Women (AAUW) Capital Branch.

Project Bear Hugs, a fundraising drive to collect toys for children affected by the Camp Fire, is going on now at Red's Old 395 Grill in Carson City.

The drive runs until 5 p.m. Saturday and then goes from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
