And players felt the effect as scores rose higher than in the first round and the veteran players in the field took advantage.

But there is too much golf talent in the field of 65 players to allow that to happen even though winds gusted up to 20-25 mph late in the round.

Carson City arrests: Woman jailed, allegedly switched price tags on merchandise

Nicole Lee Katz was arrested after deputies were dispatched to the Carson City Aquatics Center for a report of a stolen vehicle.

Pair from Bakersfield, Calif. arrested for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine into Carson City
Submitted by Kelsey Penrose on Fri, 09/27/2019 - 9:38amA pair from Bakersfield, Calif. were arrested in the 3800 block of S. Carson Street early Friday morning for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine, and prohibited people in possession of a gun, among other offenses.
Harvey Mahoney, 31, and Aimee Negre, 36, were arrested around 3:30 a.m. after deputies were walking through the parking lot of a local S. Carson Street casino when they made contact with the pair.

Veterans Resource Groups Visit Food Pantries in Silver Springs, Dayton and Yerington

TMCC Veterans Upward Bound shared information at the Yerington Food Pantry on September 18th.
