NV 150 Fair at Fuji Park concludes with Sunday finale of rodeo events, music and rides
The final day of the NV 150 Fair at Fuji Park in Carson City kicks off at 9 a.m. with the Ranch Rodeo finals at the grandstand. Come down and see all the bucking broncos and barrel racing events. The rodeo runs until 2 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the grandstand or here.
Parking is free at Casino Fandango with free shuttle service to the fairgrounds. Carnival rides open at noon and close at midnight. With ongoing rides, food and plenty of Nevada flavor, Sunday’s lineup is as follows:
— 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ranch Rodeo at Fuji Fairgrounds. The rodeo includes ranch branding, saddle bronc, ranch doctoring, ranch horse, double mugging, wild cow milking, dally calf roping and women’s steer stopping.
— Hollywood Tigers, Noon - 9 p.m., west of Park Stage
— Singer Chris Kay and Magician Jeff Martin will be strolling through the fair from noon to closing.
— Artist Demonstrations, Noon to closing, near Gazebo
— Fantasy Face Painting, Noon to closing, near Children's Playground.
— Fly tying demonstrations, noon to 7 p.m., Exhibit Hall
— Bruka Theater, 1 p.m. at the Park Stage
— Larry Elliott and Good Times Music, 2 p.m., Brewery Arts Stage
— Summer of Love Band, 2:30 p.m., Park Stage
— Westwind (Band) 4 p.m., Park Stage
— In Stride Music Combo, 5 p.m., Brewery Arts Stage
— Westwind (Band) 6 p.m., Park Stage
