76-year-old Carson City woman arrested for repeated violation of stalking order

A 76-year-old Carson City woman was arrested for felony violation of a stalking order Thursday afternoon.

According to the report, Helen Donner Kelly was arrested after a call came in from the protected party stating that Kelly was parked out front of the party’s house. It was then reported that Kelly was standing in the driveway.

A 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the area of Airport Road and Woodside for domestic battery first and obstructing a public officer.

According to the report, the man was arrested after deputies were dispatched to a residence regarding a domestic battery in progress. Dispatch advised that the suspect was hitting the reporting party.
