Carson City arrests: Man jailed for suspected burglary at Highway 50 East business park

A 55-year-old man was arrested early Thursday for suspicion of felony burglary and drug charges, a Carson City sheriff's deputy report states.

All the gardeners were seeing effects of climate change such as “floods to drier summers.”

NV Energy Requests $24 Million Rate Decrease Benefitting Northern Nevada Customers

NV Energy today made a rate filing with the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada (PUCN) that if approved, will result in an overall $24.1 million rate decrease for northern Nevada electric customers effective October 1, 2020. This is the second rate reduction filed by NV Energy this month.
