The event’s 25th anniversary will be dedicated to the memory of Jim McCormick, UNR Art Department chair, artist, curator and one of the founders of the show. Admission is free.

But thanks to band teacher Nicolas Jacques, that's a mistake no one is making at Carson Middle School in Carson City. Music is everywhere in the school, the district and the surrounding community as students throng to join Jacques’ concert band, marching band and jazz band ensembles.

The event will provide a fun and interactive experience for all ages where participants can enjoy hands-on science through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities, and learn more about Sierra Nevada Journeys STEM nights and River Fork Ranch Preserve.
