A Carson City tradition, 'Joyful Noise' Holiday Community Show returns to BAC this Thursday
It’s a holly, jolly Christmas! Cherie Shipley and Lake Tahoe Entertainment present the 18th Annual Community Holiday Show "Joyful Noise" this Thursday, Dec. 19 at the Brewery Arts Center in Carson City.
This is an energetic musical evening of glee, laughter and inspiration! Experience “down-home” comfort and joy with these talented performers. Aside from some heartfelt traditional songs, there are some fun tunes with this year’s featured favorite local performer, Tom Miller.
Popular local vocalist Cherie and keyboardist John Shipley are excited to return to the Brewery Arts Center and share the magic of the season in the Black Box Theater.
As always, the harmonious 8 piece Joyful Noise Chorus highlights this family show and of course, not to miss, Cindy Lauper’s “Christmas Conga."
The event features Cherie and John Shipley and The Joyful Noise Chorus with special guest, Tom Miller on flute, guitar and sax. And Lanny Hansen on drums.
Tickets are available at the door or online at breweryarts.org . Adults $15, Members and Seniors $12, Kids 6-13, $8; 5 years and under free.
The show begins at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. No-host bar available, Brewery Arts Center, Performance Hall
551 W. King St, Carson City.
