Friends and family ask for help finding missing Carson City man
Friends and family of a missing Carson City man are concerned about his whereabouts and have asked the public for help finding him. The man's name is Jerry Santos, 68. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 175 pounds, gray hair, with hazel or green brown eyes. He is a resident of West Long Street, where he was last seen. Santos went missing, his friends report, at around 3 p.m.
"We're concerned about his well being," said friend Truckee Paxton.
Carson City Sheriff's Office has been contacted and are doing an active search. Deputy Bob Guimont said because of medical conditions Santos has been entered as a missing or endangered person.
"It is imperative that he receives treatment because he does not have his medication," said Guimont.
If anyone sees him they should call 911 and ask to speak with Carson City dispatch, which can also be reached at (775) 887-2009.
