City National Appoints Shari Chase to its Northern Nevada Advisory Board

City National Bank, Nevada’s Premier Private and Business Bank, today announced that it has named Shari Chase, Founder and CEO of Chase International, as the newest member of its Northern Nevada Advisory Board. Shari will serve a minimum of a three year term and is one of seven prominent business and community leaders who serve on City National’s advisory board in Northern Nevada.

“We are pleased to have Shari, a very accomplished and highly regarded business leader, join our advisory board,” said Paul Stowell, Nevada regional executive for City National. “Her insight and understanding of our community will be very beneficial to our board as well as the bank. Shari will bring a unique perspective to our board, which will help us increase our brand awareness and market share.”

Shari Chase is the Founder and CEO of Chase International, a globally recognized luxury real estate firm. She oversees ten offices in the Lake Tahoe-Reno-Truckee region and has an office in London. Chase International’s history of success spans over 30 years. In 2019 her company saw $1.5 billion in annual sales and ranked No. 185 in Real Trends Top 500 throughout the nation, and No. 1 in the region.

Admired and recognized throughout the industry for her drive and passion, Shari has a gift for visioning and inspiring people to achieve life-changing results. She supports a Global Community, serving thousands of human beings worldwide. Her work experience emphasizes the relationship between personal and social change by creating a networking environment in which all people thrive.

Shari was featured in the Wall Street Journal, awarded “The Life-Time Achievement Award” by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, and named “One of the 35 Most Influential People in Luxury Real Estate” by Unique Homes.

In addition to her award-winning career and unparalleled impact in the real estate industry, Shari works with Dr. Jayanath Abeywickrama, a Sri Lankan Ayurvedic physician, spiritual healer, teacher, and author.

Her own life was deeply impacted when she visited Sri Lanka and met poverty-stricken farmers who were desperately trying to grow rice with the wisdom of their ancestors (without the use of chemicals and harmful fertilizers) in order to save the lives of their families. This led to the idea and establishment of the non-profit, Hela Bima World which brings awareness to the importance of nature-friendly, wholesome food and the value of human life.

Today, farmers are slowly making headway - seeing a path out of poverty, saving and changing lives in villages and communities across the nation. They are now distributing their rice in top grocery chains, and educating children about the importance of living healthy lives. Hela Bima World is the umbrella for Rankema Healing Wisdom which hosts the Rankema World Summit that provides the opportunity for self-discovery and self-realization to bring about JOY, HEALTH and SUCCESS for all lives.

Collectively, it is her life's purpose to serve, support, and expand peoples’ consciousness to live a better life and make a difference for all human beings in a very complicated world. The cycle of abundance thrives in Shari’s life where she believes everything is possible.
