Cost is $65 for Adult, $100 for a couple, and children under 18 $35 each. Attendance is limited to 150 people.
In the last three years, Ducks Unlimited has reinvested over $1 million in Nevada wetlands, as close as Buzzy’s Ranch, Carson Valley, and Scripps in Washoe, with another $1 million in the works, according to Regional Director Mike Carion.
Areas that will benefit from more than $1 million in projects include Lahontan Valley, the Mason Valley Wildlife Management Area, Carson Lake and Pasture and Stillwater Wildlife Refuge.
Duck Unlimited recently finished over $1 million worth of work on more than 10 projects across Northern Nevada.
Fortunately, we are close to these areas and we can visit and watch our hard work and funds turn into habitat improvements for ducks and other species. Most of these areas where Ducks Unlimited invests your dollars, can also be used for camping, fishing, hiking, as well as hunting. These are great areas to take tour kids and family so they can experience the same things that we experienced when we were kids.
