The dinner will honor over 90 young men and women who earned the Eagle Rank, the BSA's highest rank, in 2021 and 2022.

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Workshop

To combat and prevent this, Xquisite is holding an awareness workshop for parents and teens. The goal of this workshop is to provide parents and teens with the facts and figures of what teen dating violence is, who it effects, and provide the tools of prevention.

Free Spanish Language classes offered by Partnership Carson City

Classes start February 14, 2023.
We hope you can come to learn about Mexico's language and culture. Whether you speak no Spanish, are an intermediate speaker, or are an advanced speaker, you are welcome.
Classes are held at Partnership Carson City, 1925 N. Carson St. in Frontier Plaza near Butler Meats, Boost Mobile, and Job Connect.

Funds are available to qualifying families with youth ages 10-18 for organized sports. Funds can be utilized for registration fees, travel expenses, new/used equipment, and other associated athletic expenses.

Having served as the district's chief financial officer for eight years, he was able to hit the ground running when promoted to the top job in July. His presentation will provide insights into how successful Carson City's schools have been at implementing the district's "learner-centered" model, which focuses instruction on what the individual student needs to know and be able to do.
