Carson City area Community Food Pantry open Sundays and Tuesdays
Submitted by Carson Now Reader on Sun, 05/10/2020 - 11:41amThe Carson City Seventh-day Adventist Church Food Pantry is open to the community for drive-through pick up on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please stop by if you are in need of food. No special paperwork is required (we will complete an intake form at your car if you are a new client), and you may come by even if you have used other food pantries in town. Limited supplies of diapers and baby formula are also available.
The address is 405 E. College Parkway, Carson City. Drive across the parking lot to the beige building next to the playground.

Carson City lifts closures on select outdoor recreation activities

Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department will be reopening the following facilities with restrictions to ensure the health and safety of staff and participants. If you do not feel well, please stay home.

The agency also added and launched a performance feature on Saturday that affords filers another option to reset their online password 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
