As the officer activated his weapon mounted light, he saw that Barnes had a tire iron in his left hand. The deputy watched as Barnes began to raise the tire iron toward Emborsky's head. The deputy reported that he believed Barnes was going to hit Emborsky with the tire iron. The deputy yelled at both men" Sheriff's Office: Drop the weapon."
