Douglas County authorities seeks identity of suspect in Gardnerville store theft
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a theft that occurred at the Dollar General Store in Gardnerville.
On February 23, 2015 at 8:12 pm, the male shown in the above photo, described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall and weighing 150 pounds with brown curly hair, entered the store and began putting items into a shopping basket, said Sgt. Pat Brooks. The male exited the store at 1257 Pit Road, with the basket of items without paying. The store clerk followed the male outside and he was last seen running down Pit Road.
A reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the suspect. Your identity is not needed and you will remain anonymous.
