Sierra Jerzykowski first opened SC Beauty Company located at 321 W. Winnie Lane in Carson City on June 15, 2022, and has been growing ever since.

Gaming revenue at Carson City area casinos was down 9.42 percent in November, according to figures released Thursday from the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Statewide, gaming revenue was down 7.62 percent compared to November 2021.

"My first job was as a dish washer in their restaurant," Sandra said. "I've been in the industry ever since."
