October casino gaming revenue up 4 percent in Carson City, 13 percent at South Tahoe
Casinos in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County expect for South Shore Lake Tahoe saw gaming generated revenue — also called "gaming win" — up 4.13 percent compared to October 2021 figures. The gambling revenue generated was $11,982,638 for the month.
Elsewhere, casinos at Lake Tahoe's South Shore saw gaming revenue up 13.19 percent in October. North Lake Tahoe casinos saw a decrease of 9.26 percent.
Casinos in Sparks were up 14.02 percent for the month, and in Reno gaming revenue was up 3.20 percent.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,280,704,342 for the month of October 2022. This amounts to a 4.83 percent increase compared to October 2021, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,221,749,941.
