Pink Elephant Kitchen opens in Carson City at former Lily’s China Bistro, specializes in organic Thai food

A new Thai restaurant, Pink Elephant Kitchen, held its grand opening mid January at the former Lily’s China Bistro location at 1280 S. Carson Street in Carson City.

According to their menu, Pink Elephant Kitchen offers Thai staples such as curries, rice plates and noodle plates, made from scratch in a home-like environment.
