A new Thai restaurant, Pink Elephant Kitchen, held its grand opening mid January at the former Lily’s China Bistro location at 1280 S. Carson Street in Carson City.

According to their menu, Pink Elephant Kitchen offers Thai staples such as curries, rice plates and noodle plates, made from scratch in a home-like environment.

Plato’s Closet, the leading teen and young adult retail resale concept, has announced the grand opening of its location in Carson City located at the Carson Mall, 1305 S Carson Street.
