Join the festivities with Greenhouse Garden Center vendors, live music and local food trucks at the 2450 S. Curry Street location. Vendors will be here to show appreciation by giving out free samples and information about their products.

The Carson City Chamber has partnered with the Children’s Museum of Northern Nevada to temporarily reduce some of the fatigue by organizing a bit of Halloween golf and fun for those who just want to enjoy the outdoors while practicing all the current COVID safety protocols.
Since winter is right around the corner, there may not be many chances left to play golf.

Adopt a Duck is one of the Nevada Humane Society’s biggest fundraising events of the year, and this year despite COVID-19, it will continue! However, instead of participants gathering on the banks, this year’s event will be live streamed from the Reno Shelter on August 29 at 12 p.m. and will consist of adorable shelter dogs and cats doing adorable activities.
