The March 10 morning walk will be at Silver Saddle Ranch to Mexican Dam. Meet near the red barns on Silver Saddle Ranch on Carson River Road. Dirt trail. From Carson River Road turn into the dirt road by Silver Saddle Ranch sign. Follow the signs on the one way road to parking lot.

The monthly Downtown Carson City Wine Walk takes place Saturday followed by a performance from Tom Petty and Rod Stewart tribute bands during The Do Drop In’s “A Face in the Crowd” homeless fundraiser at Fuji Park. St. Teresa School will host its 17th annual Crab Feed Fundraiser. Combined with comedy at the Carson Nugget and Brewery Arts Center, the Carson City region is in store for a busy weekend. Donations may be taken to DeBug’s Carson City location at 1817 N. Stewart Street No. 30, or its Carson Valley location at 1560 U.S. Hwy 395 N. #C in Minden.

Carson City community radio KNVC 95.1 continues to grow as it enters third year on the air

KNVC runs out of the historic Adams House on North Minnesota Street and, at present, boasts 31 volunteers into its broadcasting family.

Meet at Fremont Elementary School, 1511 Firebox Rd, Carson City. in the south parking lot, next to the Linear Ditch Trail.
Ride will normally consist of two loops which are 10-15 miles long each. The ride pace will vary depending on rider level, but will usually be about a 12-16 mph pace.
