Paradise Cove opens in Carson Mall
There is now a place to have a sit-down dinner at the Carson Mall.
Paradise Cove opened this weekend, and owners Doug and Jamesa Cramer said the response has been great.
I had dinner last night with the family, and it's a nice place. The decor and floor-to-ceiling beach mural give the restaurant a different vibe from the other causal dining spots in Carson.
The menu features island-inspired dishes, but nothing too fancy. Just good food for a decent price. There are a lot of sandwiches, too, for those looking for a good lunch spot.
They also serve island drinks like piña coladas and margaritas, for those who don't have to go back to work after lunch.
I had the tri-tip platter and Maui Wowie potatoes, which was really a lot of food. I couldn't help myself and ate it all.
Anyway, try it out when you get the chance.
