Nevada State Legislature: a look ahead at week 5
CARSON CITY — Week 5 of the Nevada Legislature marks the quarter way point in the 2019 session. Up this week, a prohibition on implanting a microchip in another person and a license plate to support environmental conservation at Lake Tahoe. A bill would mandate an interim study of wildfires. A joint resolution to urge Congress to oppose the expansion of the United States Air Force into the Desert National Wildlife Refuge will be heard. Human trafficking legislation will be considered, and a ticket scalping measure will also be heard.
