Carson City Classic Cinema Club presents 'The Lady Eve' this Tuesday at the BAC
This Tuesday, Feb. 4, join the Carson City Classic Cinema Club for a film presentation of the 1941 screwball romance "The Lady Eve."
A trio of classy card sharks targets the socially awkward heir to brewery millions for his money, until one of them falls in love with him. The film stars Barbara Stanwyck, Henry Fonda, Charles Coburn and William Demarest. Preston Sturges was the director.
Open to the public. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., trivia and intro begin at 6 p.m.; film at 6:30 p.m., followed by post-film discussion. General Admission $5; free for students and members.
