Anyone can request to join by going here. Gratitude is a practice many become just a little more aware of in November. After all, it’s the month of Thanksgiving. However, did you know that gratitude is scientifically proven to create joy and abundance?

DeBug Computer in Carson City to host pictures with Santa to benefit non-profit Between Horses and Humans

Keith Barham, president and co-owner of DeBug Computer, said this the seventh year the company has hosted the event, and each year, all proceeds are donated to an area non-profit.

Nevada's JOIN Inc. wins $175K Google training program grant, additional $125K up for grabs

JOIN Inc. will launch Career Bound NV Success Skills, a training program designed to ensure Northern Nevadans have access to basic technology and employability skills training needed for successful employment.
Christmas tree permits in Lake Tahoe Basin available beginning Nov. 25

Carson City Sheriff's SET arrests man for suspected drug trafficking

Another man was also arrested for alleged drug offenses.

Officially designated 1P/Halley, this is a short-period comet visible from Earth every 75–76 year and is the only known short-period comet that is visible to the naked eye from Earth and the only naked-eye comet that might appear twice in a human lifetime.

New library director to speak at Carson City Democratic luncheon

He holds a doctorate and masters degree in physics, and a masters of library and information science with concentration in competitive intelligence and knowledge management.
