Trump rally at Carson City Courthouse for hearing contesting Nevada's 2020 election results
Demonstrators gathered at the Carson City Courthouse on Thursday in support of a court hearing by the Trump campaign regarding the Nevada 2020 elections.
Some of the hearing at the Carson City courthouse was broadcast live on Fox News, showing the president's lawyers claiming there were irregularities in the 2020 election.
A demonstration continued Thursday afternoon outside the courtroom. Among the speakers at the rally included Diego Martinez, a candidate for the position of Governor in California.
Speakers rallied the crowd who held signs with talking points such as the mail-in vote, issues with Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak and more.
Some speakers also rallied for the crowd to fight back against the government, advocating, in some cases, for members of the crowd to take up arms and ask the military to “stay with the right.”
The demonstration was to take place into the afternoon and early evening.
The Nevada Supreme Court certified the election results on November 24, 2020, which certified Joe Biden as Nevada’s selection for president.
