Carson City Humane Society Pet of the Week: Cooper
Happy Thursday Carson City, and say hello to our newest Carson City Humane Society Pet of the Week, Cooper!
Cooper is a 1-year-old Pit Bull who is currently looking for his forever home.
Cooper, being a pup, has a good amount of energy and would benefit from an active household. He needs a home without cats or small animals, and other dogs in the household are okay with counseling; Cooper likes to be the alpha dog and can be a bit overbearing at times.
Don't let these things turn you off to our good friend Cooper though! He's a big ol' cuddle bug and listens very well!
Let's hear form Cooper himself!
"Hi, My name is Cooper. I am pretty cool fella with a fair bit of energy. I can also be a cuddle bug as well. I am pretty picky on who my friends are, so I really need to be with a mild, low energy dog, or the only dog in the home. Please don't let that deter you, because I really am a good boy. Please ask the staff to meet with me as I do have some restrictions. Thank you!"
You can meet Cooper and see for yourself what a great boy he is by visiting the Carson City branch of the Nevada Humane Society at 549 Airport Road in Carson City. Hours are 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.
