Body Ball Fitness Routine
My name is Colleen Bannister and I am the owner of 6weekworkout studio in Carson City Nevada at 3476 executive Pointe Way. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and I am certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
My studio would best be described as a community of people that help each other to stay fit by not just working out together but by playing together with hikes, snow-shoeing, paint parties, women’s groups, and so much more. It’s what a community should be and I believe that support is part of wellness.
My work also entails corporate wellness programs, the hospital’s cardiac connection, senior classes and of course bootcamps for all fitness levels. In addition, we recently opened our key-coded studio with workouts like the one you are about to watch 7 days a week for members that want to do my workouts but on their own time.
My goal as a trainer is to help people reach the fitness level that allows them to live the life they want. Everyone’s goal is different. Goals range from climbing Half Dome, getting strength back from a serious illness, running a 10k, being a beautiful bride, to being able to get on the ground and play with grandchildren.
My philosophy is that fitness is about making your body capable of doing the things that bring you joy, sustaining it as long as possible, and preventing the many health issues we all face today. I also strive to help my clients to see that taking care of them selves is about over all wellness with more than one component. Today’s workout will be a whole body ball routine perfect for any fitness level with just enough variation to customize the routine and make it your own!
