On Saturday, an all-day music lineup featuring nationally recognized artists is expected to draw thousands to Battle Born Harley-Davidson, the site of the inaugural Carl Howell Memorial Music Festival.

The three-bedroom group home has been completely cleaned out, repainted and new carpeting has been installed. There is a veteran moving into the home who is ready to help other veterans in need.

Governor Sandoval signs measure to align state services for Nevada’s veteran community

Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval signed Assembly Bill 19 on Tuesday, a measure voted unanimously by both houses and originally introduced by the Nevada Department of Veterans Services.
