Alleged leader of local 'outlaw motorcycle club' arrested on plethora of charges by SET, Tri-County Gang Unit
Submitted by Kelsey Penrose on Sat, 07/27/2019 - 10:34amA 49-year-old Carson City man was arrested by the Tri-County Gang Unit withe the assistance of the Carson City Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team, on five felony charges, one gross misdemeanor charge, and three misdemeanor charges after he allegedly committed felony domestic battery.
According to the report, David Sanchez is the president of the Deadly Sins Motorcycle Club Carson City Nevada chapter and he is associated with the Vagos Motorcycle Club and was arrested in the 900 block of Woodside Drive early Friday morning.

The median sales price for Carson City, NV homes for sale was $334,450 in June 2019 compared to $315,000 during June 2018 and $282,225 in June of 2017. Which is about an 18.5% increase in 3 years.
The number of Carson City, NV homes that sold was 60 in June 2019 vs. 89 in June 2018 and 120 that sold June of 2017. This is a 50% decrease in the number of sold homes in 3 years.

Lake Tahoe Basin fuelwood permit sales begin June 3

Recently, several CHS freshman Biology classes had the opportunity to work with fourth graders from Empire Elementary in Carson City. Students learned about conservation, the water cycle, and the Carson River watershed. CHS students, trained by the River Wranglers conservation group, and on a very windy day, met up with Empire Elementary students at Baily Pond.
