DMV pilot program that targets out-of-state plates coming soon to Northern Nevada
A pilot program designed to go after car owners who have lived in the Silver State for more than a month but have not secured Nevada license plates is coming to Northern Nevada soon, according to this story and video by KOLO TV Channel 8.
The Fair Share program, which is being tested now in the Las Vegas area, promises to crack down on non-Nevada vehicles parked for more than one month by imposing $100 fines.
