Nevada Governor Sandoval orders flags to half-staff in honor of Orlando attack victims
Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval on Sunday directed all flags to be flown at half-staff, pursuant to President Obama's proclamation, effective immediately until sunset on June 16, 2016 as a mark of respect for the victims of the attacks in Orlando, Florida.
Sandoval continues to receive updated information and has also ordered the Department of Public Safety and the Division of Emergency Management to remain vigilant in the wake of these horrific attacks.
State authorities will continue to actively monitor the situation and remain in constant communication with their local and federal partners.
