Dayton's first Farmer's Market of 2020 happens today
Fresh produce, handmade jams and goods, soft serve ice cream and more will be available today, Thursday, June 11 in Dayton at the first Farmers Market of 2020. The market will be located at the corner of 2nd Street and Highway 50 in Dayton.
The market runs from 3 to 6 p.m. and features the following booths:

— Hilltop Farm
— Kim's Cool Treats
— Little Busy Bee Farm
— Misbeehaven Farm
Dayton Farmers Market sells local quality food products. It runs from early June through September and is held on Thursdays beginning at 3 p.m.
The market is part of Healthy Communities Coalition of Lyon and Storey's "healthy food hub", a strategy where many groups and individuals work together regionally to improve access to and demand for locally and sustainably grown, healthy, and affordable food.
