Man sought by Douglas authorities for sex crime warrant arrested in Reno
A man wanted by Douglas County authorities in connection to a sex crime investigation involving a minor under age 16 was arrested Tuesday in Reno.
Members of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Tri-Net Narcotics Task Force and the Washoe County Regional Narcotics Unit located and arrested Caleb Proctor-Henry in Reno. DCSO investigators had been searching for Proctor-Henry for approximately two weeks in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
Proctor-Henry was booked into the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Jail pursuant to an East Fork Justice Court warrant charging him with statutory sexual seduction and lewdness with a minor under 16. The bail on the warrant was set at $100,000 cash only, according to the sheriff's office.
Proctor-Henry was also booked on unrelated warrants from Carson City and the Nevada Department of Parole and Probation, according to DCSO.
