Kit Carson 55th Anniversary Party

Kit Carson Toastmasters will celebrate their 55th Anniversary Wednesday, October 17th at 6:00pm at the Governor’s Mansion here in Carson City, Nev.
For the past 55 years the Kit Carson Toastmasters Club has been a part of the world leading organization that is Toastmasters International, an organization that has helped millions develop their communication and leadership skills through a hands on, mutually supportive and constructive feedback program.

This included a light meal, a one hour celebratory program and a chance to mingle and socialize with the local Toastmaster members.

Kit Carson Toastmasters was founded in 1957, and is one of over 12,500 Toastmasters clubs in the world. Members have the opportunity to learn and practice the techniques of effective public speaking, give impromptu talks on assigned topics, sharpen their listening and evaluation skills, preside as a meeting chairman, gain personal confidence and valuable leadership management experience. Day Williams, Attorney at Law
