Carson High School Graduates 455 in its Class of 2022 Commencement

Carson City Elks lay Flags on Veteran's graves
Submitted by Carson Now Reader on Sun, 06/05/2022 - 8:17pmOn May 28th Carson City Elks Lodge No. 2177 joined other veterans organizations to place flags on the graves of veterans from all services at Lone Mountain Cemetery in Carson City.
Cooler weather led to a big turnout of volunteers. Additional veterans' events by the Elks is a breakfast on the second Monday of every month and an annual veterans dinner, free to all veterans, on Veterans Day in November.
The vacant chair at each lodge is a symbol of our motto: ‘As long as there are veterans, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks will never forget them'.

Popular Reno restaurant Great Basin Brewing Company to take over The Union in Carson City
