Carson City Supervisors to discuss building appeals, courthouse expansion and more Thursday

The Carson City Board of Supervisors will discuss health grants, possible expansion of the courthouse, build appeals, Ross Gold Park and more at their upcoming meeting.

The next Carson City Board of Supervisors meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 1 beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Bob Crowell Boardroom of the Community Center, located at 851 E. William Street.

Nevada gaming revenue down 3.1 percent in July, Carson City sees 3.34 percent decrease

Gaming generated revenue at Carson City area casinos was down 3.34 percent in July over 2021 July figures, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board's monthly report. Statewide, gambling revenue was down 3.17 percent.
