2nd annual Alzheimer’s 5K Fundraiser Run returns to Carson City Saturday, Sept. 17

According to event organizer Brenda Collings, each year NNAA holds a big annual walk at the Sparks Marina, but she wanted to create a fundraising event closer to home.
Planning Commission to hear request for virtual reality arcade in downtown Carson City

The location, which is inside the office park in front of Red’s Old 395 Grill, is zoned Downtown Mixed-Use, of which an “amusement arcade” is a conditional use.
