Now we're heading into Monday, April 1, 2019 where pranks, larks and tom foolery are orders of the day. No fooling when it comes to the weather though. We may see a slight chance of showers in the afternoon and evening with more of a chance of rain on Tuesday. Stay tuned.

Family Yoga classes offered at Carson City Yoga beginning April 20

In this class, families with children (ages 4-12) are invited to come and explore various aspects of yogic practice together. There will be a variety of poses, songs and activities based around a monthly theme reflecting on a core element of yoga practice.

Legislation regarding marijuana shops, lounges to be discussed at Thursday's Board of Supervisors meeting

Items on the table for discussion include a tax on tobacco vapor products, legislation regarding marijuana shop taxes, expanding hiking trail systems, upcoming legislation, and more.
The April 4 meeting will occur in the Sierra Room of the community center, located at 851 E. William Street.
