It was quite a ride as we stood strong with rain and snow, local events and welcoming the Nevada Legislature back into session. It isn't over yet. Read on as Elvis is at Carson City's door tonight. The essence of it all is the opportunity we have to choose the type of life we want and how we get there. This is, of course, unless you’re talking about education in the State of Nevada.
Martin twins, Caroline lead Nevada to 89-73 win over UNLV

The 12th-ranked Nevada Wolf Pack ran the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels out of the gym in a 89-73 thrashing of its in-state rival Wednesday night at Lawlor Events Center.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office reports Wednesday that a juvenile runaway reported missing earlier this month has been found safe in Reno.

The Carson City Sheriff's Office Traffic Division would like to educate the public on one of the major causes of crashes. Following a vehicle too closely causes rear end collisions. Rear end collisions are the most common crash in Carson City.

Say hello to Judith, which may be the greatest name for a cat I've ever heard. Judith is a classy, easy going domestic shorthair gal who wants nothing more than a good scratch and a loving home.
Judith will turn 13 next month, and she's looking to retire.
