The final day of March arrives on a Friday and that means full steam ahead with laughs at the Carson Comedy Club in Carson City with special guest Las Vegas comedy favorite Kathleen Dunbar.

April 25, 2017 - 5:30pm Meet at the first parking area on the right on Sierra Vista Ln off of Pinon Hills Drive. All events are free, participants are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting site and the leader may request a physician's release at their discretion and all events require closed-toed shoes and water.
Muscle Powered Evening Conditioning Hikes Program:
Evening hikes of 4-6 miles in length with an elevation gain, sometimes over 500 feet and usually on single track trail. The evening hike will usually be 1½ hour duration or more.

Eyes on Carson City: Thursday brings stew of wind, rain, corn snow and sunshine

Spring showers, gusty winds, touches of wet flakes and corn snow made for a hearty stew of weather conditions around Carson City during the Thursday morning commute.
The quick moving storm system blew in overnight, bringing down temperatures to just below freezing, along with a few bands of rain, snow and pellet showers.
