Families receiving a special surprise on Christmas Eve when Santa Claus himself joined together with Carson City Sheriff’s Office to bring holiday joy across the city.

According to Rob Rikalo, reserve commander, the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Reserves and Volunteers visited 62 Carson City residences.

Combined, they had a total of six Santas (he’s magic, so he can do that as we well know), six drivers, and eight elves.

This year, volunteers visited over 235 children!
