Valentines Partner Yoga and Gong

Please join Theresa Simmons, Wednesday Evenings at 5:30 pm, at the Carson Tahoe Health and Wellness Center for an easy flow Yoga class. This is a beginners class with some challenges which offers: simple postures and movements to strengthen, gentle stretching with stability, balance poses incorporated into a sequence of standing postures, core strengthening, and alignment to ease the body of complaints, with the use of props and the assistance of the instructor to align. This class invites new Yoga Students and those who have done yoga for a while who would like to learn to practice yoga with stability.

Day-long Meditation Retreat

This is a day-long insight meditation retreat, suitable for beginning and experienced meditaters. We will alternate sitting and walking periods. Bring a sack lunch. There is no charge, as the teachings are priceless. We welcome donations for the event and for the teacher, who offers his wisdom without charge.
