More springlike weather around the capital city is ahead Ash Wednesday with a daytime high near 65. Events include a Real ID town hall meeting at the Carson City DMV, the economic impact of pro soccer in Northern Nevada will be featured at NNDA's Business Edge at Casino Fandango, Carson City Schools offers the first of three pre-kindergarten programs for parents and will also host a separate strategic plan meeting. Public meeting Thursday to address traffic and speed issues through Dayton

After years of experiencing serious and sometimes fatal accidents, Lyon County and the Nevada Department of Transportation officials will address traffic issues through Dayton at a town hall meeting Thursday, 6:30 p.m. at Sutro Elementary School.
