Above average summer temperatures are forecast over the next several days for Northwestern Nevada, including Carson City, bringing with them a Red Flag Warning issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Reno.

William Street from Mills Park, College Parkway, Roop Street, and Saliman all experiencing flooding issues. Much of the heavy rain has now moved on though there are several lightning strikes still around Carson City.
